Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is pleased to announce a request for applications to the Texas Farm and Ranch Lands Conservation Program (TFRLCP) for funding during the FY biennium. The Farm and Ranch Lands Protection Program (FRPP) is a voluntary program of Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) whose purpose is to protect agricultural lands by limiting non-agricultural uses. Landowners sign a deed of easement restricting development of the property and agreeing to maintain the land according to an approved Conservation Plan.
